Since 1992, Pho Van's philosophy has always been a simple one - “Give customers an excellent dining experience, offering quality Vietnamese food with friendly and efficient service in a beautiful and clean environment.”

What once began with Mama Van's cookbook and just 13 items on the menu, beef noodle soup being the main attraction, is now a menu full of delightful dishes of appetizers, noodle soups, grilled meats, handrolls, and other regional favorites. Currently with three locations - SE 82nd, SE Hawthorne, and SW Beaverton Town Square, and our sister restaurant, Silk in the Pearl, we strive to please our customers with our style of Vietnamese food and atmosphere, all just a little different from one another.

Over the years, as our family grows and gets older, we are still amazed to see how our family of customers have grown and changed, bringing in their new families and friends.  We are so fortunate and happy to have such good people come into our lives.
